Chain multiple PDF operations — rotate, watermark, compress, encrypt, and more — into a single sequence that runs entirely inside your browser. Save your favorite sequences as reusable presets so a repeatable multi-step process becomes one click instead of re-uploading the same file through tool after tool.

How to use this tool

  1. 1

    Add and configure steps

Pick tools from the Add step menu — Rotate, Watermark, Compress, Encrypt, and 15 more — and set each one's options.

  2. 2

    Upload your PDF and run

Add one PDF, then click Run Workflow to execute every step in order, each one feeding its result into the next.

  3. 3

    Download the result

Save the final PDF, and optionally save the whole sequence as a named preset to reuse next time.

Why use this tool

No re-uploading between steps

Each step's output feeds straight into the next — no downloading and re-uploading a file between tools.

Repeatable, consistent results

The same sequence produces the same result every time, so a multi-step prep routine never gets a step skipped by accident.

Reusable saved presets

Save a sequence once — like Compress + Watermark — and reload it in one click on your next document.

Common use cases

Preparing to share

Compress a large PDF and stamp a watermark on it before sending, in one pass.

Preparing to print

Lay out multiple pages per sheet and add page numbers before sending a document to the printer.

Preparing for archival

Make a scanned PDF searchable with OCR and fill in its metadata for long-term record-keeping.

Pro tips

  • Steps run top-to-bottom — each one's output PDF becomes the next step's input, so order matters (e.g. redact before compressing, not after).
  • Save a sequence you use often as a preset so you don't have to rebuild it next time.
  • Some steps need input before running — watermark text, a password, or header/footer copy — configure each step's fields before clicking Run Workflow.
